Jim VenderVeen has been licensed in Real Estate for 18 years, (15 as a Broker). He has 12 year experience in Civil Engineering and Surveying. Jim owns his own brokerage as well as being a Real Estate instructor. He’s spent 30 years working on Curative Title Issues, Rail to Trail projects, DNR Trust fund projects, Wind Energy projects, and Oil and Gas Exploration. Additionally, he works on buying right-of-way and fee title for Road Commissions, Power companies, and pipeline projects. Jim is celebrating his 25th anniversary with his wife. They have 2 great kids and 2 great dogs. Jim loves to share his real estate knowledge as well as gain knowledge from each of his students. Most days you will find him in the outdoors, or when he gets a chance, restoring his 1930 log cabin.
